Greg’s a web designer who likes the the idea of contributing to make the web a generally nicer place. He’s a designer because he enjoys solving problems and making things aesthetically pleasing at the same time.

He loves music, films, books, scuba diving and cycling. He frequents pubs more than he should, and attends gigs less than he should.

Greg joined Erskine as a designer in September 2007 after a few years of attending university and freelancing. He’s been making websites in some shape or form since 1999, and began to focus specifically on front-end design and development in 2005.

As a designer Greg loves to be creative with type and layout, and can often be found cutting out images.

Greg thinks that the Sex Pistols were rubbish and that Ian MacKaye is a genius. Check out his website at gregorywood.co.uk, where he experiments with design and writes about everything.

Free fact: Greg once had to run for his life away from an angry pig that was chasing him, somewhere in the South Pacific.
